
Creative cropping may have obscured the fact that I took these storm photos while driving down the highway, but I like the raw quality. The dirty windshield and A-pillar add a sense of realism. Or at least, that’s my story.
Omitted are the photos that also captured my speedometer in the image.
The color in these cumulonimbus clouds was inspiring, but I was in a hurry to get home after a long day on the road. So I snapped and drove. Luckily the wind blew this storm north of Roswell by the time I arrived there two hours later.
