A simple concept that took forever to execute.
I hated every arrangement of blocks until I added some clutter.
Shot: Canon EOS Rebel T1i w/ Canon 35-80mm (lens made for film EOS)
1/40 sec, manual, f/5, ISO 800, focal length: 44 mm (not adjusted)
Sunpak Power Zoom 4000AF (old) bounced off the wall set at 1/16th.
Photoshop: saturation +a bunch (I forgot to take note).

I love that the blocks say fade away. Or at least that’s what I think they say…. lol!
You are kicking ass this week!
Yup! That’s what they say. It was a compromise between messing with the depth of field enough to show the “fade away” concept and legibility. I gave up clarity for intent.
Awww, thanks, Carm. A new toy is a great inspiration. I really wanted a gel for the flash to play with colors, but, alas, we deal with toys we have.
You seem so inspired. It almost makes me want a Canon
Carm, Allison and I both have the T1i, but we have yet to shoot together.
